Andusia RFL adds first dutch agreement
Andusia RFL are delighted to announce a new agreement to supply RDF to a CHP plant in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
This contract marks the 6th CHP offtake agreement for Andusia, but the first such agreement in The Netherlands.
Initially the company has secured a 12 month supply for 50,000 tonnes, and the TFS is currently in the application stage.
The Dutch plant is the largest of its type in the world, and has a capacity to take significant quantities of RDF. This first contract is seen as a doorway to extending this tonnage as the relationship develops between Andusia and AEB.
For Andusia this contract marks a further broadening of CHP plants in Northern Europe to enhance the supplies currently being sent to Scandinavia.
Update 17th June 2014: Andusia Recovered Fuels are delighted to announce that the TFS consent has now been received and RDF will start being collected from later this week
