Andusia, widely known as Andusia Recovered Fuels, are pleased to announce that due to recent expansions within the business they will now be trading under three separate companies, all under the umbrella of Andusia.
Andusia Recovered Fuels Ltd will remain a trading name, representing our highly successful RDF and SRF export business. Running alongside this arm of the business, Andusia Hazchem Treatment Ltd will represent hazardous and clinical waste treatment and Andusia Resource Recovery Ltd will represent our growing UK RDF business.
Since Andusia’s launch in 2012, the company has grown to be one of the UK’s largest independent exporters of RDF across Europe. In 2016, Andusia were awarded the Queen’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade – the first such award given to a business in the RDF export sector.
The company has since expanded its offering, using their expertise in the RDF field to begin export of SRF, and more recently hazardous and clinical waste, leading Andusia to assess their trading names.
Director, Steve Burton, summarises, “The RDF export market will always be a key area for us, however we are now turning our attentions to hazardous waste too, as well as developing the UK CHP market. We look forward to working with our customers to develop in all areas of waste management, diverting waste from UK landfill”.
Please note, this will not affect our customers in their day-to-day dealings with Andusia.
