Andusia would like to wish a Happy 5th Anniversary to Assistant Accountant, Maddie Goodyear.
Maddie joined Andusia in October 2015 as Office Administrator, working 2 days a week whilst also completing her Business A-Levels at college. In early 2016, Maddie went on to join the Accounts department, full-time, and commenced an AAT apprenticeship to embark upon a career in accountancy. In July of last year Maddie was promoted to Assistant Accountant.
Maddie has now completed and passed both her Level 2 and 3 qualifications and is now working towards her Level 4.
Director, Steve Burton, comments: “Maddie’s progress over the last 5 years has been exceptional. She has demonstrated the benefit of taking-on an apprentice and has thrived in our business. I wish Maddie continued success with Andusia and her accountancy studies.”
As Andusia’s 2nd longest serving employee, Maddie has seen the company grow from strength to strength. From increasing the Andusia team to exporting the millionth tonne and more recent expansions moving into the hazardous waste market and developing the UK market with sole supplier UK EfW contracts.
