Working Towards a More Standardised Future

To demonstrate our commitments towards continual improvement, Andusia are currently in the process of gaining accredited certification to ISO Standards 9001 and 14001. Despite having rigorous processes already, we are currently working to formalise our procedures, drawing out opportunities for improvement.

ISO 9001 is defined as the international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS). Implementing this standard will further demonstrate our ability to consistently provide services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.

ISO 14001 is an internationally agreed standard that sets out the requirements for an environmental management system. It helps organizations improve their environmental performance through more efficient use of resources and reduction of waste, gaining a competitive advantage and the trust of stakeholders.

Gary Ruffhead, Lead Consultant from GPR Professional Services Ltd, comments on Andusia’s progress and the benefits accreditation and certification will bring to the business as he supports us throughout the process “The project is going well and it’s a pleasure working with such a focused and dedicated team; although Andusia already has aims and goals that contribute to the wider sustainability agenda, this project has enabled us to better understand their ‘life cycle’ which, in part, has assisted in future-proofing the operating model, providing assurance of compliance and their ability to meet client expectations”.

Andusia are committed to continual improvement and offering the highest quality service possible. Implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 and 14001 will ensure that we uphold our promise to the highest standard possible.
