From moving to new offices, expanding the team and then in 2016 receiving the Queen’s Award, Andusia’s success is simply down to hard work, passion and a love for what we do. If I’m not working on new logistic solutions and forecasting next month’s tonnes, I can be found on our customers’ sites building relationships and ensuring everything is going swimmingly, whether this be in sunny Netherlands or picturesque Norway.”
