Andusia has strengthened its internal expertise and capabilities with the appointment of five new staff members as the business prepares to move into a new era of growth.
The appointments take the total number of Andusia employees to 14, with three of the positions completely new roles.
These include the recruitment of Emma Lott as office manager, Faye Dickens as operations administrator, and Tyler Lingwood as compliance administrator.
Joining them are compliance administrator Mia Chipperfield, taking over from Jen Groves who recently left the company, and finance manager Tinesha Homan, replacing Maddie Goodyear, who has also gone onto pastures new.
The new positions reflect both the growing emphasis on regulatory compliance for waste exports, which has become more complex in recent years, and an ever stronger focus on customer service for our valued partners.
Andusia co-founder and director Steve Burton said: “Both myself and the team would like to extend a warm welcome to our new recruits, and we very much look forward to working with them to leverage their skills and expertise.
“2024 saw our most successful year ever in terms of export volumes, and we are on track for further growth in 2025. These five new appointments will support our business development plans as we look for even more opportunities to capitalise upon.”
