Andusia is delighted to welcome another new starter Tinesha Homan to the team as the company continues to grow and strengthen its internal resources and capabilities.
Tinesha joined as Finance Manager in October and is overseeing our busy accounts department. This commercial position is a key role for the business – as well as driving improvements in our end-to-end bookkeeping operations, Tinesha will also be helping with the financial planning side of things as we look to take on more contracts and customers.
Tinesha is AAT qualified (Association of Accounting Technicians) and is about to hone her skills further by studying to become a chartered accountant with the CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants).
Speaking about her experience to date, Tinesha says: “I have been in finance for five years, I studied AAT Level 2 at college and then Level 3 and 4 as an apprentice. My last job was working at a property and construction company, and I am looking forward to a fresh challenge with this new role, which is in a very different and interesting industry!”
She adds that she is enjoying getting to know her fellow team mates at Andusia: “Everyone here has already made me feel so welcome, it’s a very friendly and supportive environment, and that has helped me settle in very quickly.”
Outside of work, Tinesha says she will be busy planning her next adventure as she loves travelling – last year she travelled to 12 countries in 12 months!
