Andusia Join the SMDSA
Andusia Hazchem Treatment are pleased to announce they are now a member of the SMDSA (Sanitary Medical Disposal Services Association). The SMDSA represents a wide variety of businesses in healthcare waste management.
Andusia announced their move into the hazardous waste market in December of last year, in addition to the RDF and SRF market for which they have been so well known for over the past 7 years. Appointing Fraser Cutting as Hazardous Waste Manager at the beginning of this year, they were also pleased to announce they are to be the sole waste supplier to a new clinical waste treatment plant in Malvern, Worcestershire from January 2020.
On joining the SMDSA, Andusia will join likeminded professionals, discussing the industry and raising debate. The SMDSA provides a voice to the collective industry regarding issues of regulation and/or policy and lobby the government and other relevant bodies addressing common issues across the sector.
Andusia look forward to working closely with the SMDSA and its members going forward.
