Andusia Sign Contract with Sackers
Andusia is delighted to announce they have signed an RDF supply contract with waste supplier, Sackers.
Sackers are a family run scrap metal and waste recycling business based in Ipswich. Estalished in 1929 they have a wealth of knowledge and experience in both metal and waste recycling, with both parts of the business seeing continued growth.
Nigel Slinn, Commercial Director at Sackers, says “recycling is our thing, therefore sending our commercial waste to be converted into new energy is essential to us and meets our environments goals”
Andusia and Sackers have formed a partnership in order to supply 10,000 tonnes of RDF over the next year to EfW plant AVR, in Holland. The waste will be recovered and used to provide electricity, steam and heating to the local area.
